Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be:

• Unused, unwashed and unworn
• Returned with original tags and packaging
• Returned with all accessories, components and complimentary gifts

Used, damaged, altered or incomplete products will not be accepted.

Please share your order number, reason for return or exchange, and clear product images.

Reverse pickup is available only for selected PIN codes. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment by contacting us with the Order ID.

Partial order cancellation is not available. The complete order must be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated within 24–72 hours after the returned product is received and approved.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, bank account or Club York wallet. COD refunds will be processed through NEFT.

Images Required

Clear product and tag images may be required for:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong product, size or colour
• Missing or incomplete items
• Faded or blurred colour
