Returns & Exchanges

Customers can return or exchange their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

All return or exchange must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The product amount will be credited back to customer's Club York wallet once we have received the products and quality check is done.

To schedule an exchange request, please place an RMA request under My Accounts section of your profile. Once the exchange request is received, a reverse pick up shall be scheduled and post OC of the returned product, the exchange request shall be processed. You can track the status of the request under the RMA section. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.

Kindly follow this procedure to submit the exchange request and us know the product you require and we will ship the replacement product.

Any product being returned for exchange purposes needs to be provided including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.


We have an easy and hassle-free cancellation process available for our valuable customers. You can simply contact us with your Order ID on 0161-4381100 or e-mail us on [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation Request_Order Id" before the products are shipped to you and you will get your entire order amount refunded in case of the prepaid orders only. A full refund shall only be processed if the product(s) has not been already shipped. In case the order is already shipped and a cancellation request is made after dispatching the product from our warehouse, cancellation charges may be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

The partial order cancellation request is not acceptable. You need to cancel complete order of particulars order ID.

Refund Policy

We initiate your refund process once the products reach us and inspection will be done. We initiate refund after 24-72 hours of inspection. The refund amount will get credited in your Club York wallet. To initiate the exchange request and/or the cancellation refund request, we require products details as bellows:

  • If incomplete order received: we required tag images.
  • If products different (not exact that ordered: we required products images.
  • If defective products received: Product image required.
  • In case of wrong products receive: we required products and tag images.
  • In case wrong sizes receive: we required products and tag images.
  • If product color blurred or faded: we required products images.
