How do I Place an order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
Select the desired products, choose the
relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size chart to find
the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button (you are eligible to add
multiple products on your bag).
‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue
shopping or confirm the order.
Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout,
submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm
your order.
How will I get confirmation that my order is successfully placed?
We will
send an email with your order information to confirm you order. However, the
order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD.
What will happens if I receive a product in damage condition?
We
strive to deliver the best quality standards, however if you have received a
defected or damaged product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
We also
request you to whatsapp us the photograph of the damaged or defective product
on +919915700942.
In case
you fail to intimate us about the same, return might not be processed.
What payment methods are accepted?

What will happens if I receive a product different to the ordered article?
We try
our best to deliver the right products to you, incase you have received a wrong
product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

My payment was deducted from the bank account but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?
In most
cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to the account with 2-3
working days. In case that does not happen please whatsapp us the transaction
details on +919915700942. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all orders below 2000.
What is Club York’s Cancellation Policy?
You can now cancel an order before it is in
packed status. This does not include items purchased on sale. Any amount paid
will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
NO, you cannot modify the shipping address of
your order once the order is placed.
How do I cancel my Order?
To make cancellation, please log into your
account and book the cancellation of the order in return and cancellation tab.
How do I return or exchange a product?
In case of return/Exchange, visit the return
and exchange section on the website. The product should be with original
packing and tags to handover to the courier person. As soon as we get the
garment back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue the refund on the same
account details used to make payment. All COD orders will be given store
credits.
Within how many days can I return an order?
Return
request needs to be raised within 3 days of delivery date.
When will I get my refunds?
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive
at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it will go a
quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within72
hours.
Please note if any promotional code or coupon
code is redeemed during purchase, the full amount will be credited as store
credits. In case of non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited
to the account.
